PLEASE NOTE: Express Shipping does NOT mean express processing. This is a fast shipping method only. During our busier periods, processing of orders may take between 1 - 5 business days. If you require your order urgently, please contact us on (02) 9560 7259 so we can arrange a quicker dispatch.

XMAS & NEW YEAR ORDER/SHIPPING INFORMATION 

During this busy holiday sale period, there may be delays with the dispatch and shipping for your order. This is a quick guide to help you with the delivery and processing time frames for your order. 

Please note that due to the public holidays on the 25th December,  26th December and 1st of January our warehouse and HQ will not be operating and there will be no delivery services operating to collect or dispatch parcels during these times. Please also note that Australia Post will not be operating on Monday 31st December for their Annual Holiday. 

Guide for the Best chance of receiving your order in time for Christmas and New Years

Australia wide via Australian Express Post

For the best chance of receiving your delivery before Christmas & New Years, we recommend placing your order by Wednesday 12pm on the 19th December. If you are after an urgent order please email dispatch@runawaythelabel.com to notify our warehouse that your order is for urgent delivery. 

Placing your order in Australia by the 19th December for metro areas will be the last possible chance of receiving your goodies in time for Christmas.* 

International customers via DHL

For the best chance of receiving your delivery before Christmas & New Years, we recommend placing your order by Friday 12pm on the 14th December. If you are after an urgent order we suggest email dispatch@runawaythelabel.com to notify our warehouse that your order is for urgent delivery. 

Placing your order for Rest of the World by the 14th December for metro areas will be the last possible chance of receiving your goodies in time for Christmas.* 

Orders placed after the cut off times indicated are not guaranteed to be dispatched under our usual shipping time frames or delivered by the estimated times provided by the courier. If you receive a shipping confirmation email during this time, this indicates we have processed your order which will be collected by the courier once operations resume. All delivery time frames are an estimated guide as we cannot guarantee any delivery times due to unforeseen delays with courier services.

-       FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING for all orders.

-       All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post

-       All Orders are dispatched by Express shipping Only

 

DELIVERY TIME

-       All orders are processed with an express service. Orders placed over the weekend to the following Monday 9am AEST are usually processed the Monday morning. There can be delays around sale periods/courier delays.

-       *Customers outside of Australia Posts Express Post network, delivery can take 2 - 5 business days

-       To see if you are outside of the Express Post Network, click here

-       Orders placed before 9AM NSW time each business day are generally packed and sent the same day

-       All orders are dispatched by express post service. We cannot always guarantee express processing of your order. For any urgent order, we encouraged you to email onlinesales@sevenwondersthelabel.com to notify us it is an urgent order.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

-       Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking details

-       All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, a pick-up card should be left and your parcel will be waiting for you at your local post office

-       Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to show 

 

PRE ORDERED ITEMS

-       Items that are available for PRE ORDER will state this on their product information page

-       Pre Order delivery dates are an estimate only and may arrive before or after the timeframe on the website

-       Items purchased on pre order can only be cancelled for a store credit

-       If your order includes sale items AND pre ordered items, your order will be sent once your pre ordered item arrives

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

-       All international orders are sent via DHL Express Shipping

-       International orders will be charged a flat rate of $30AUD* for shipping

-       *Some customers who live in Rural Areas may attract a higher shipping price. If this is you, we will contact you prior to shipping your order

-       Customs or Import charges MAY be required upon delivery. Please note that Runaway the Label is NOT responsible for covering these costs!

 

DELIVERY TIME

-       DHL Express Shipping means you should receive your parcel within 2 - 5 business days

-       Customers in more Rural Areas can take 3 - 7 business days

-       Orders placed before 9AM AEST time each business day are generally packed and sent the same day

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

-       Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email from DHL Express with your tracking details

-       All our parcels require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home, DHL should provide instructions on how to receive your parcel

 

PRE ORDERED ITEMS

-       Orders that include a PRE ORDERED item will be dispatched once that item becomes available

-       Items that are available for PRE ORDER will state this on their product information page

UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT SHIP TO RUSSIA OR UKRAINE

 

CUSTOM, TAXES AND DUTY CHARGES 

Each country has their own custom and duty charges when you need to collect your parcel. Seven Wonders The Label do not have access to the details of the different charges for each country. Seven Wonders The Label cannot cover these charges. It is the responsibility of the receiver to be aware of these charges and by placing an order on Seven Wonders The Label they agree to cover these charges. If you are concerned of what these charges may be, we suggest you do contact you local DHL to find out what the custom and duty charges may be before placing your order. 

REFUSING A SHIPMENT/PAYING DUTIES AND TAXES

If you refuse any shipments from Seven Wonders The Label, your parcel will either be destroyed or sent back to us at and we are charged. By placing your order on Seven Wonders The Label, are are responsible to understand there may be charges involved to pay to receive your parcel. By refusing your shipment, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipment will be subtracted from your merchandise refund including your original shipping amount.
